I need help using the charging features on my E series speaker
This article will help you if you need help with the charging features on your E series speaker.
Wireless charging
If your mobile device supports QI wireless charging, you can charge it atop your E series speaker. Simply place it centrally on the Orbitsound logo and your device should start charging. Note that your speaker needs to be powered on to charge your device, it will not work in standby mode.
Wired charging
Your E series also supports wired charging via the USB-C port (5V 4A) on the front of your speaker. You may need an adaptor in order to use this port (sold separately).
