Use this page if you need help with or want to see how to update your device's Wi-Fi firmware
We are consistently trying to improve your experience with Wi-Fi and the app and so if you see an 'UPDATE' button next to your speaker it is best to do this simple process. Tap the 'update' button next to the speaker, and wait while the speaker updates, this can take 3-4 minutes. Once finished, your speaker should reconnect to your network and you're all up to date!
