I am having Bluetooth issues with my PORTABLE SPACED360

Bluetooth technology generally has a range of about 10 metres without any large objects blocking the signal. Some other wireless connection methods such as Google Chromecast can extend this range.

I can't connect to my SPACED360

If you are having issues connecting your SPACED360 with your device, try the below steps:

  1. Remove your SPACED360 from the Bluetooth list on your device.
  2. Turn your SPACED360 off and back on again.
  3. Reconnect your device to your SPACED360.

If the above steps don't work, try performing the same steps with a different device. If this resolves your issue this indicates that the issue is not with your SPACED360.
