However, you must understand that there may be situations where you need to share personal information for us to be able to fulfil a service to you.

You are free to withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on unsubscribe on any of the emails you receive or contacting us and advising us you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing and advertising purposes.

Examples of such parties currently include Paypal, Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics for tracking and reporting on website traffic, Divido for a finance payment option, Linkplay for providing the platform for our mobile app and Feefo for providing you with an impartial platform to review our products.

6.2.3 Social Media companies – such as Facebook and Twitter and our advertising partners to enable us to run targeted promotions for you on their platforms

6.2.4 Professional advisers – including our lawyers, accountants and consultants when it is required so they are able to give us their professional advice

6.2.5 The Police, local authorities, HMRC, the courts and any other governmental authority if such information is requested and if it is legally required of us to provide such information

6.2.6 New business partners – as we are a growing business, we may in the event of a joint venture, reorganisation, business merger or sale need to share such information

6.2.7 Public Forms – If you wish to, you are able to share comments publicly with other users of our products through our forum, review platform and social media.
