P70 not working

P70 has worked well for just over 1 year. It then started to cut out, produce cable disconnected messages alternating with cable is connected message.

Now it shows a red light for a few seconds and then dies. No combination of buttons produces any changes.

Unit was purchased from John Lewis on 4/1/18 it is under their Guarantee but wondered if anyone has a miracle fix?

Hi Dave,

The unit should not say connected/disconnected unless referring to wifi, have you disconnected all cables save power?

Does a reset appear to work?
