A70 Soundbar won’t learn Samsung Frame remote

Hi,

Just set up my sound bar to accompany a Samsung ‘Frame’ TV. The orbitsound online manual states that the sound bar should learn Samsung remotes but it doesn’t seem to notice the volume up output from my remote.
I reckon I’m following the ‘learn’ instructions accurately and have watched the video. Any suggestions?

Hi James A,

Can the Orbitsound bar learn its own remote? I suspect the Samsung remote may be a non Infra red/Bluettoth or smart remote. This would not be possible to learn.
