Orbitsound Community Forum Rules and Reguations.
Community and forum guidelines and rules:
A: Upon Registration you agree:
While we do and will attempt to edit or remove any message containing inappropriate, abusive, hateful, slanderous, or threatening material that could be considered invasive of a person's privacy, harmful, or which otherwise violate any kind of law, it is impossible for us to review every message posted. For this reason you acknowledge that all messages posted on the Orbitsound community forum express the views and opinions of the original message author and not necessarily the views of Orbitsound. Therefore we take no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy and completeness of every message.
By registering on the Orbitsound community forum you understand and agree:
I) to not post any material which is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually orientated, threatening, harmful, racist, sexist, ageist or invasive of a person's privacy, or any other material which may violate any applicable laws. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your account, account suspension, or permanent ban of access to these forums.
2) Your IP address being recorded with each post you make on the Orbitsound community forum.
3) That we have the right to, at any time, remove, edit, or suspend any account or message should it be reasonable to do so.
4) That any information you enter on this discussion system is stored in a database, and that "cookies" are stored on your computer to save your login information.
5) Any information you provide on the Orbitsound community forums will not be disclosed to any third party without your complete consent, although neither Orbitsound, its representatives nor partners can be held liable for any hacking attempt in which your data is compromised.
By completing registration you agree to the above rules and any others that the Administrator on behalf of Orbitsound specifies which can be accessed at any time.

To ask a question, either:
1: Type your query into the search box at the top of a page, select a relevant topic and click the "Reply" button to add a new message
2: Click on the most appropriate section on the community homepage, then click "New Thread" and add your message
We'll aim to answer any query as soon as possible. In the meantime, you could always check out the Orbitsound support page ..
The Forum is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and contains tons of useful information to help you with your queries.
If you can't find what you're looking for, just start a new topic or reply to an existing one and you'll get an answer as soon as possible from either:
Our Community forum Members
The Forum has lots of regular members who are really knowledgeable about Orbitsound products. As well as having a wealth of technical knowledge and experience using audio products in general, they're impartial and can give hints and tips that the Orbitsound Team might not be able to.
 Orbitsound Advocates
You'll see some customers with "advocate" next to their name. These are customers we feel are the most knowledgeable and helpful community embers. If they help you, be sure to rate their thread high, or any thread. Higher ratings men that person is more likely to become an advocate.
If our community members can't answer your question, rest assured that the Orbitsound Team will resolve your query instead.
 The Orbitsound Team
The Orbitsound Team are on hand to ensure any issues you have are fixed. You can spot a member of the Orbitsound Team by the Orbitsound Logo just below their name.
As well as being able to offer advice and fix a number of issues in the public Forum, if you ask a question which we can't answer publicly, keep an eye out for an email from the team, and we'll have your issue resolved in no time at all.
