One P70 stuck in “Standby Mode” - SamT - 30-04-2018
Hi guys,
I’ve just received a new One P70, but after half an hour of use it had cut out, and is now stuck in Standby mode,
The red light is on and the only response from all the buttons is when the power button is pressed, the red light flicks off for half a second,
I thought it might be a power problem with my wall socket, but after using several around the house the same thing happens, and I can’t even get it on to check the different sources ie Bluetooth to work, and the system reset doesn’t activate any other light sequences,
Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi Sam,
Thats a new one on me. IF you hold power down does that make any difference?

& Unfortunately not, and this is also after leaving it unplugged for 20 hours while I was at work,
I take it must be more of a component failure?

Potentially, could be a stuck button as well.
Where/how long ago did you get the bar?
I might need some private information/proof of purchase details going forward, if so I will send you a private message.

Was purchased at home AV sound, via Amazon,
And took delivery on Monday,

Thanks for that information, I am unaware of an authorised seller by that name, I think I may need to see that proof of purchase so shall PM you.
