No sound when watching Netflix - Stuart - 04-01-2018 Hi there, I've just bought a One P70 and am very pleased. One issue I am having is getting sound through the P70 when watching Netflix. I'm using the optical cable and my TV is a Panasonic TX L42ET60B. My TV is also attached to a YouView box and a Panasonic Blue Ray player. Used both and sound is being fed through the P70. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Stuart RE: No sound when watching Netflix - Simon D - 04-01-2018 Hi Stuart, It sounds as though the TV is not outputting the Netflix app as PCM, its a known/common issue with Panasonic TV's. Does Netflix work okay through the Blu Ray at all? There is a setting now in the Netflix app on the TV that allows you to change the Audio stream format as I recall, I think though that you have to manually change this every time you use the service. |
