Clearing the wireless memory is the first step when you are having any issue with your A Series wireless subwoofer. Note that this process will also cause the soundbar to forget any Bluetooth devices that you have connected. Follow the steps below to clear the memory:

The next step is to reconnect your wireless subwoofer with your soundbar. Follow the below steps:
Once this process is complete, you must remove your soundbar from your devices Bluetooth list and then pair again.
