I am having issues with my A series wireless subwoofer

This article will help you if your A Series wireless subwoofer will not connect, keeps disconnecting or you can't hear anything from your subwoofer.

Clearing wireless memory

Clearing the wireless memory is the first step when you are having any issue with your A Series wireless subwoofer. Note that this process will also cause the soundbar to forget any Bluetooth devices that you have connected. Follow the steps below to clear the memory:

  1. Ensure that your soundbar is connected to the electricity mains and is not on standby.
  2. Press and hold the buttons either side of ( and buttons) on your soundbars left front panel for 3 seconds (Figure 1). Note: You must press the buttons at exactly the same time.
  3. Your soundbar should flash all lights, if not repeat the above steps. The Bluetooth memory is now cleared of all devices, including your subwoofer.

Reconnecting your subwoofer

The next step is to reconnect your wireless subwoofer with your soundbar. Follow the below steps:

  1. Press and hold the button on the back of your subwoofer for 3 seconds (Figure 2). The STATUS light on your subwoofer should flash.
  2. Press and hold the and buttons on your soundbar for 3 seconds (Figure 3). The red ‘SUB’ light should start to flash on the front of your Bar. Note: You must press the buttons at exactly the same time.
  3. When the SUB light on the front of the soundbar goes out, you know the pairing has been successful, this can take up to 30 seconds.
  4. If this is not the case repeat the above steps.

Once this process is complete, you must remove your soundbar from your devices Bluetooth list and then pair again.
