Factory Reset Your Device

In most cases, it will help your issue if you factory reset your device. It's advisable to perform this reset before trying anything else.

A series

Applies to BAR A60 and BAR A70.

Switch your soundbar to AUX using the , then hold and until all lights flash and the soundbar switches to OPT.

E series

Applies to the DOCK E30.

To reset your E series speaker to factory defaults, press and hold the VOLUME DIAL () and SOURCE () buttons for 5 seconds. Your speaker should flash all lights to confirm and switch to optical source.

Please note that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings remain. See the E series support section for how to reset these.

P series

Applies to ONE P70W and ONE P70.

Switch to AUX/Green using the button, then press and hold the and buttons until all lights flash and your ONE switches to OPT & the green light goes out.

Your soundbar will now be reset back to factory defaults, which includes any saved settings and Bluetooth devices.

M series

Applies to BAR M9, BAR M9LX, BAR M10, Bar M10LX and BAR M12.

Switch your soundbar to AUX using the button, then hold power until all lights flash and the bar switches to OPT.

SPACED360

Press and hold +, - and the center button for 10-15 seconds or until your SPACED360 flashes on and off in confirmation.

T & SB series

Applies to BAR T9, BAR T12, BASE SB60 and Orbitbar12.

Switch your soundbar off at the mains for 12+ hours.

Audiocast M5

Press and hold the WPS button for 10 seconds. You should get a voice prompt informing you that a factory reset is in progress.
