Almost all remote control issues can be attributed to the battery. Obtain a new CR2032 battery and follow the instructions below to change the battery in your Orbitsound remote.
If you have the old version of the remote control you can upgrade to the new remote should you wish to. The new remote is ergonomically designed and much more intuitive based on valuable customer feedback.
