Supporting London’s aspiring artists
It’s been just over a year since Orbitsound committed to supporting School Ground Sounds – a charity who bridges the inequality gap in music opportunity and education amongst young music makers.
SGS works closely with secondary schools in London to provide inspiring music opportunities and mentoring for those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. We at Orbitsound fully support the team at SGS and are delighted to donate a pound every time we sell an Orbitsound speaker. Providing a solid platform for talented musicians, SGS recently laid on an evening to celebrate local aspiring artists and musicians as they finish their six-week crash course.
‘Grit School’ witnessed nineteen performers who set the stage on fire with their performances. The event was open to members of the public to watch some of London’s rising stars perform their best work on stage before kick-starting their musical journeys.
